Service Coverage and Scope

VPNHT provides network access subscriptions for cross-border use, covering 110+ countries / 180+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Routes may include IEPL dedicated lines, relay connections, and direct connections. The information shown in the user panel at the time of use determines the options actually available.

The service is intended to improve connection paths and access experiences between different networks. It does not guarantee continued access to any particular website, application, content, or regional resource. Third parties determine the availability, account policies, and content licensing of their own services, and VPNHT is not responsible for changes to their rules.

Account and Subscription Use

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route usage, and ticket activity under their accounts. If unauthorized access is detected, change the password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.

Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades are prorated by the remaining days. Traffic packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain valid until consumed and never expire. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.

Subscriptions support unlimited devices but are limited to normal use by the account holder. Users may not resell, rent, lend, or publicly distribute account or subscription information, or provide paid or free relay services to others through account sharing or traffic splitting. Users are responsible for traffic consumption and account risks caused by leaked credentials, public distribution, or unauthorized sharing.

Compliant Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and place of service use, and independently confirm that their network activities meet local requirements. The service may not be used to infringe the lawful rights of others, distribute unlawful content, commit fraud, attack network systems, interfere with service operations, or conduct other illegal activities.

Users may not attempt to bypass account permissions, alter service configurations, probe routes in bulk, consume abnormal resources, or use automation that affects other users' normal access. If such conduct creates risks for the platform, route providers, or third-party systems, VPNHT may take necessary access restriction measures.

Service Availability and Liability

Network connections may be affected by the user's local carrier, device configuration, international links, target service policies, and necessary maintenance. VPNHT adjusts routes, entry points, and connection methods according to actual operating conditions, but does not promise that any route, region, or third-party service will remain in the same state at all times.

Users should keep important configurations and business materials backed up and assess the possible impact of network interruptions before use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, indirect losses caused by third-party service changes, public network failures, user device configurations, leaked account credentials, or events beyond reasonable control are outside VPNHT's liability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.

Restrictions and Termination

If an account involves resale, unauthorized sharing, attacks, fraudulent payments, interference with route operations, or violations of applicable laws and regulations, VPNHT may restrict functions, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account according to the level of risk. To verify unusual activity, users may need to provide information related to orders or account actions through the user panel.

Account restrictions do not authorize users to continue distributing subscription information already obtained. After service termination, users must stop using the relevant routes and configurations. For matters requiring lawful cooperation, VPNHT will take necessary measures in accordance with applicable requirements.

Changes to Terms and Refunds

VPNHT may update these terms when service coverage, route arrangements, product processes, or applicable rules change. Updates will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be adjusted accordingly. Continued use of the service after an update means that the user accepts the revised terms; users who disagree with a change should stop using the service.

A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 14 days of the first payment. Refund requests can be submitted through a user panel ticket. Refund processing is based on the relevant order and actual payment records; where payment channel rules or applicable law govern the matter, the request will be handled accordingly.

These terms and the Privacy Policy together form the basic rules applicable to users of VPNHT services. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
