VPNHT's marketing pages, user panel and client serve different purposes. This page explains the order of operations; the user panel is for creating an account, managing plans, viewing orders, getting your subscription and opening the client download area; the client reads the subscription, displays routes and establishes the connection. For your first setup, keep this guide open alongside the user panel so you can return here after each step and confirm what comes next.

Before you start, all you need is a username and password you can remember. Under the site's registration rules, no email address is required to create an account. Store your password separately, and never share it publicly with your subscription link. The subscription link contains your account's service configuration and should be protected like login credentials. If you are only demonstrating the import format, use the clearly fake value provided in this guide; never paste a real link into public documents, screenshots or discussions.

You do not need to find an installer in advance or copy routes from pages outside this site. The client entry point is provided in the user panel, and availability depends on your current plan status. Following the order “account → plan → subscription → client → verification” helps avoid common confusion, such as having the client installed without anything to import or having an active plan before the subscription has refreshed.

Open the account creation page to find the username and password fields. Enter the username you prepared, set a password, and confirm it as prompted. No email address is required, so there is no need to leave the page and wait for a message. If a field displays an error, correct the username format or password first. Once the page opens the user panel, your account is ready to use.

After entering the panel, first note which section you are viewing. A new account will usually show entry points for Account Overview, plans, client downloads and orders. You do not need to copy any example address or enter route parameters manually in the client yet. The next task is to choose the billing option that fits your needs so the panel can generate subscription content matching the order status.

If you close the page, use the “Log in” link at the top of the site to return to the user panel. Sign in with the username and password you just saved. To avoid input errors, check your keyboard layout and password capitalization. This quick guide does not cover login issues, password handling or panel status in detail; if you get stuck, visit the Help Center and open the “Account and Subscription” category.

Once your account is ready, open the Plans section in the user panel. VPNHT offers monthly subscriptions and permanent, non-expiring data packages. The key difference is how data is handled. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB; they remain available until used and never expire.

If cross-border access is part of your daily routine, review the monthly subscriptions based on your expected monthly usage. If your usage is occasional and you want unused data to remain available, compare the data packages instead. Start with your main use case and estimated usage; there is no need to buy repeatedly because of the number of routes. All plans support unlimited devices, so the key consideration is how data is shared under one account, not creating a separate account for each device.

After choosing a plan, click Start Using or Choose Plan on the relevant card. The order page will show your selection, amount due and available payment methods. VPNHT supports Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. Confirm that the plan name and amount are correct, then follow the page to complete payment. When upgrading a monthly subscription, the difference is converted into remaining days, so check the order details shown in the user panel before upgrading.

After payment, return to the panel and check the order status. Proceed to get your subscription only after the page shows that the plan is active. This site states a 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy; follow the user panel and terms of service for the specific request process.

After the plan becomes active, open Account Overview. In the subscription details area, find the option labeled Copy Subscription, Import Subscription or something similar. The content shown here is generated by the user panel for your current account; do not edit its characters manually. After copying it, you may temporarily paste it into a secure local location to check that it is complete, but never submit real content to a public webpage.

The subscription link lets the client retrieve the route list and receive future updates. It is not a single fixed route or a public download address. After a successful import, the client will normally create a subscription profile. When you need to update routes, refresh that profile instead of repeatedly creating identical ones. Duplicate imports can produce several similarly named lists, making it harder to tell which configuration is currently in use.

When a guide or screenshot needs to show the format, use only an obviously fake value, for example:

The address above is shown only to illustrate what a link looks like. It contains no VPNHT service content and cannot be used to connect. Get the real subscription from the user panel after logging in. Keep the panel open after copying it; the next step is to open the client download area and choose the client for your platform.

Open the client download area in the user panel and choose the platform used by your device. VPNHT supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. This page focuses on the shared path for a first import; it does not provide static installer links or list version details that can quickly become outdated. Get the client through the user panel, then let it read the subscription link copied in the previous section.

After importing, refresh the subscription in the client and confirm that the route list displays normally. VPNHT covers 110+ countries and 180+ routes; the list may include IEPL dedicated routes, relay routes and direct routes. For your first connection, avoid changing several advanced options at once. Choose a route that suits your current network or destination, click Connect and wait for the client status to change.

After the connection shows as successful, open Network Check to view the current exit information. Compare the exit region before and after connecting, and check whether the target site loads normally. If the client says it is connected but the result has not changed, fully close the original page and open it again so the browser does not keep showing a cached result.

Next, visit the service you actually need and check whether pages load, login works and access remains stable. A brief successful visit only confirms that the basic path is established; it does not mean every route suits the same purpose. For AI tools, streaming media or everyday websites, switch routes based on the target region. Checking the exit information again after switching helps confirm that the client is using the newly selected route.

After verification, keep the current subscription profile. When the route list changes, find the existing subscription in the client and refresh it; there is no need to create another account or copy multiple profiles. Multiple devices can be managed with the same account. VPNHT supports unlimited devices, but they share the data in the current plan, so check actual usage in Account Overview.

If the process stops at the account or order stage, return to the user panel and check your login status, order history and plan status. If it stops at the subscription stage, confirm that you copied the complete link from Account Overview and that the client is set to import by link. If routes are visible but cannot connect, refresh the subscription, try another route and check the exit information again.

Do not delete configurations, reinstall the client and create a new order all at once. Change one step at a time so you can identify whether the issue comes from the account status, subscription retrieval, system permissions or the current route. This page keeps only the main path needed for first-time use.
