ACCOUNT

Account & Subscription

Handle signup, subscription access, subscription updates, and device changes. Subscription details are account-delivery information and should be transferred directly between the user panel and client, not copied to public pages.

What do I need to prepare to sign up for VPNHT?

No email address is required to sign up. Set a username and password. Use the username to sign in to the user panel, and store the password separately rather than reusing it with other services. After signing up, you can view plans, get the client, and manage your subscription in the user panel. Do not post login details or subscription links on public pages.

Where can I find my subscription link after payment?

Sign in to the user panel, open the client download section, and get your subscription. Import it by following the instructions for your platform. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported. Marketing pages do not provide static installers or public subscription links; subscription delivery and client access are kept in the user panel.

How should I update my subscription link?

Find the current subscription in your client and use its update or refresh function to retrieve the route list again. If the update fails, return to the user panel, copy the subscription address again, and replace the old address in the client. You do not need to delete all settings first, which helps preserve configured routing rules.

Do I need to purchase again when switching devices?

No separate purchase is needed when you change devices. VPNHT supports unlimited devices. Sign in to the user panel on the new device, get the client for that platform, and import the subscription again. If the old device is no longer in use, remove the subscription from its client. Keep account and subscription details secure when sharing access.

CONNECTION

Connections & Troubleshooting

Connection issues are easiest to troubleshoot in layers: verify the local network first, then check system permissions and client status, and finally review subscription and routing settings. Change one condition at a time to isolate the cause more reliably.

Why isn’t a particular app using the accelerated route?

A common cause is split tunneling: the target app’s domain or connection method does not match the active rules. First switch to a more comprehensive connection mode for comparison, then check system connection permissions, the client’s background permissions, and routing rules. Once it works, gradually restore the original split-tunneling settings.

What should I do if the subscription imports successfully but no routes appear?

Update the subscription and wait for the client to finish parsing it. Then check whether the subscription is disabled, collapsed, or placed in another configuration group. If the list is still empty, get the subscription address from the user panel again and create a new configuration. Keep the address complete when copying it; do not add spaces, notes, or symbols inserted by chat apps.

What should I do if I cannot reconnect after changing networks?

Disconnect the client first and confirm that the current network can access websites normally, then select a route and connect again. After switching from Wi-Fi to another network, the system may retain the old connection state. If so, close and reopen the client. Also check that its system connection permission is still valid.

How do I troubleshoot a system proxy conflict?

Running multiple tools on one device that modify the system proxy or network interfaces can repeatedly reroute requests. Keep the VPNHT client running, quit other similar tools, then disconnect and reconnect. If the browser has a separate proxy configured, temporarily restore it to follow system settings and test the target website again.

ROUTES

Speed & Routes

Route performance depends on the local network, cross-border path, exit region, and target service. Do not judge a route by a single label; use its sustained performance when accessing the target service on your device.

How should I choose a route type?

Start by choosing a route with a suitable distance and path for your location and target service, then compare the real-world performance of IEPL dedicated routes, relays, and direct connections. For everyday browsing, prioritize stable connections and smooth response times. For sustained transfers or streaming, choose based on the client’s actual performance rather than the route name alone.

What should I do about peak-hour slowdowns?

Pause any large file transfers, then compare other routes in the same region. If every route is slower, check your local network, Wi-Fi signal, and background update tasks as well. If only routes in a particular region are affected, temporarily switch to a nearby region and submit a ticket in the user panel with the target service and symptoms.

Why does streaming content vary by region?

Streaming content usually depends on the current exit region, account region, and the provider’s own policies. After switching routes, fully close and reopen the target app or browser page so the old session does not retain its previous regional information. If the content is unchanged, try another route in the same region and establish the connection again.

Does lower latency always mean higher speed?

Latency mainly reflects the round-trip time for requests. Download and playback also depend on your local network, cross-border path, target server, and current transfer activity. When choosing a route, consider page response, sustained transfers, and target-service performance together. VPNHT offers 110+ countries / 180+ routes for comparison based on your needs.

BILLING

Billing & Refunds

Monthly plans and data packages use different data cycles. Before ordering, consider how often you will use the service, then review the current plan, payment method, and refund terms instead of choosing based only on a single use case.

What monthly plans and payment methods are available?

Monthly plans include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Consider your browsing, work transfers, and streaming needs before choosing a data allowance.

Does the data in a data package reset every month?

No. Data packages remain available until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Unlike monthly plans, which reset on each activation date, they suit irregular usage and users who prefer to manage data according to actual consumption.

How does a mid-cycle monthly plan upgrade work?

For a mid-cycle monthly plan upgrade, the price difference is converted according to the remaining days. Check your current plan and available plans in the user panel before submitting the upgrade. Afterward, the client usually only needs a subscription update to obtain the active configuration. Avoid creating multiple local subscriptions for the same upgrade.

How do I request a refund?

VPNHT offers 14-day refunds. To apply, sign in to the user panel, open the ticket area, and provide the relevant order details and refund request. Further updates will appear in the ticket. Include a description of any connection issue so support can suggest configuration fixes if applicable.
